Magnolia Grove management is poor. My boyfriends tools were stolen out of his work truck after 10:30pm about two week ago. The next day I called the leasing office and was told to send an email and management would give me a call about the next steps. I never heard back from management till this day. I went to the leasing office a few days after to pick up a package and ask about a follow up. I know the managers were onsite at the time and not once did they try to come out when I was speaking to the leasing agent about the situation. We've never had any issues regarding the apartment or even tenants until this happened, three weeks before we have to move out. I understand it's not managements fault that the items were stolen but it becomes a problem when no one reaches out regarding the situation to shine light on it. Not only that, but they can take extra precautions by adding cameras to the parking lot. I know we're not going to get the tools back but they could've at least helped in the process by checking gate cameras or following up in general instead of ignoring it.
Management also doesn't enforce anything when it comes to picking up dog poop and the entire complex smelling like weed.

I have lived here for almost two years and for anyone who is moving in there a couple of things to know...
Theu do not enforce pet owners to pick up aftr thier pets and do do not clean it.
For months they did not pay for towing on the property, but did not reimburse anyone for incovenience of not having places to park
They charge $25 dollars a month for "valet trash" but if there are multiple nights in a row that it is not picked up, they refusee you for those nights, buthave no hesitations to charge a $25 fee for it being on the ground because you wanted to take your trash can inside

"I've only been here a few weeks, but I'm incredibly impressed with ( MagnoliaGrove)The management team, especially (Caroline Sanchez Ponce), she is the best … kind, responsive, helpful, friendly and last but not least communication.
Caroline helped me with my move-in and made everything so easy and seamless, answering all my questions.
My maintenance request was handled within hours.
The fitness center is fantastic, the pool area is a great place to relax and my apartment is gorgeous!. It's so convenient to (shopping/dining/work)

Property staff are awesome. They always give warm welcomes and go out of their way to address any concerns. Parking is not the best. Special thanks to Caroline, she is absolutely amazing !!

I moved in 02/07 and my apartment was not make ready. The first night I turned on my kitchen sink and it began to leak. Maintenance was able to ‘fix’ the first round of issues. The water damage in the photo you see was fixed by putting a piece of vinyl. There was food on my floor when I came in. Dog chewing on the closet and patio. All very noticeable issues if someone took the time to walk through they would’ve seen it. Notifying management- Karina laughed in my face after verbally expressing my frustrations multiple times. Management cannot handle escalation. I notified Caroline multiple times of issues, but management stated they were unaware of the issues. Management wasn’t willing to remedy my situation on a further scale because of miscommunication within the office. Won’t be renewing my lease and I suggest you don’t start one here. If you confront management they will tell you they can’t schedule service for you anymore and can walk in whenever they please. If you care about your safety and mental health- not your best choice.
