  100 stars for everyone who works here!! Im a relatively new tenant and they have made the whole process very easy for me. Maintenance is super fast to respond to issues and the people working in the office also respond super quickly and genuinely care about any concerns. Very happy with my choice to come here:)

  They have roaches its a terrible community and the pool never opens and they have a lot of illegal activities that happen here its not a good place for children there has been 2 murders here in the past its just genuinely a terrible place the staff can be charming but do not trust them

  My husband and I have really enjoyed living at Wildwood Apartments. The management and staff are super friendly and easy to work with, which makes everything so much less stressful. Shout out to Edward and Ashley for making the move into our 1st apartment easy and then helping us transfer to a different apartment in the complex once we found out we were expecting !! Maintenance is quick and reliable — anytime we’ve put in a request, it’s been taken care of fast without any hassle. That alone is a big plus. The pricing is very reasonable for the area, especially for what you get. It’s definitely affordable and worth it. They’re also very pet friendly, which we love. It’s a comfortable place to live and feels welcoming. Overall, we have had had a great experience here and would definitely recommend Wildwood to anyone looking for a good, affordable place to live in Temple.

  I’ve lived at this community for almost five years, and the office staff and maintenance team are a big reason I’ve stayed. They’re consistently responsive, easy to communicate with, and it’s clear they care about the residents. The community feels safe and friendly. I walk the property daily, and neighbors are always pleasant. Over the years, I’ve seen steady improvements to the property, which I really appreciate. Rent has remained reasonable, utilities are straightforward, and the little day-to-day things run smoothly. It’s a comfortable, friendly place, and I’m happy to call it home.

  I wanted to be at least three months into my lease before writing a review. I absolutely love my apartment, very quiet area and love the apartments layout. I was off to a rough start with the application process and the assistant manager Ashley Whitfield expressed care and concern regarding rectifying the situation and addressed and clarified prior miscommunications. Thank you to the Wildwood team and staff.
