  if i could give 0 stars i would!!! theses ppl are so sketchy bro they make you pay for things you shouldn’t have to pay for and overcharge you especially after move out, everyone and i mean EVERYONE in that office sucks. as workers and as people. everyone here should feel ashamed. i’m warning yall NEVER GO HERE!!!!!

  Taylor immediately communicated and respectfully got what i needed to do and what was going on with some leasing issues. I've had problems like this in the past but I can say Taylor did NOT hesitate to help me and im grateful. Thanks to Chris everything that I needed done was immediately taking care of. Chris knows what he's doing and I hope the community treats both of them well as they did me. Thank you both.

  I would not recommend living here under any circumstances. Since moving in, My boyfriend and I have had a broken door that doesn’t properly close a serious safety issue and management has ignored it the entire time despite multiple requests. They also promised to complete repairs in my unit and never followed through. On top of that, they add charges without explanation and seem willing to take things to court over anything. They are very nice and convincing before you sign, but once you do, everything changes. Be extremely careful and make sure you look into other options before considering this place.

  I’d give zero stars if I could. This was my first place and I rarely ever leave reviews, but people need to be warned. There’s so many problems with these apartments that they don’t seem to care to fix and if they can get you to pay for it even though you aren’t responsible they will find a way. They seemed nice at first but they’ll wait till you sign the papers to show their true colors they are extremely rude. Anything they can do to get money out of you they will if you are looking for a place PLEASE I BEG DO NOT LIVE HERE

  Beautiful serene complex nestled near the freeway and close to stores. Perfect location and retreat ambiance. We viewed the B1 remodeled apartment and fell in love with it as our host Ms. Taylor handled all of our needs. Customer service and customer engagement are huge for my husband and I. As business owners, we believe in the value of making others feel important when they seek us for services. Taylor did just that! She made us feel welcome, heard, seen and valued. We weren't just potential residents, we were greeted as family. Thank you Ms. Taylor for serving us well! You rock!
