- NNnenedinaliii2 days ago5.0I wanted to be at least three months into my lease before writing a review. I absolutely love my apartment, very quiet area and love the apartments layout. I was off to a rough start with the application process and the assistant manager Ashley Whitfield expressed care and concern regarding rectifying the situation and addressed and clarified prior miscommunications. Thank you to the Wildwood team and staff.

Hot water has been coming out of the cold side since March 2025, I just moved out in October so that was 8 months of me putting in work orders and complaining about it not being fixed but the manager claims it was fixed. The cold water registered 104 degrees when I left at the end of October.

The work order I put in this morning was done with in hours!! Ashley and Edward are so so kind and I’m so grateful for them! Ashley offered me and my fiancé a bigger space so we would be more comfortable. She is so easy to talk to and will work with you. I’m so glad to be living in a place that cares about there residents!!
