  I got my application approved at the end of January and in the last 3.5 months I’ve heard countless excuses as to why my move in date needed to be pushed back. My move in date was originally set for Feb 14. The apartments are nice. The employees are not.

  Looking to move to the Temple area and came across Cypress Creek apartments. The property was very clean and well kept from the outside to the inside. The employees in the office were very friendly and courteous and answered all my questions with a friendly smile. Easy access to the main road and very close to stores and food places. Out of all the properties I have seen so far, this property definitely is my number 1 pick so far. 👍🏾

  This place awesome! They have a very nice pool, a resident only gym, a bigger dog area for my dog, and my favorite, a nice chill area to just sit and relax! I love the more open concepts of the units, as well as the walk in closet space! Its pretty quiet here, which is a HUGE relief for me, and I love the more quiet area that its in, as well as that it has a gate to keep everyone out that doesnt live there! The building is only a couple of years old as well, so we havent had any type major issues.

  Management and the whole staff are nice and helpful. Very attentive to our concerns. The 2 bedroom apartment we are in is very spacious. The high ceilings are a big bonus. We downsized from a 3 bedroom so I needed a lot of closet space and storage. I was surprised on how much we have through the whole apartment. People here are nice and friendly. We enjoy the pool and other amenities. Definitely staying for another year!

  Got my daughter moved in here a couple weeks ago. Mikayla and Ali were a big help getting her setup and explained everything. The apartments are amazing and layout of the complex is very friendly. Other than making 100 trips up and down stairs it was an easy process.
