  If you want to be happy in a home for about 1 year then have everything in the house fall apart then this is the place for you. Not one not 2 but 4 outlets have already just poped out of the wall(with my kids roaming around ) also 5 of the cabinet doors have completely fallen apart and today one just hit my 2 year old in the head!!! I’m so sick thinking about the quality in this home that is supposed to last me at least 9 more years i would rather staple my nether regions to a pissed off bagger than do business with them again! this post could have been so much longer but i did not want to write a book on all of the things breaking and falling apart 🤢!!!! The warranty only last for about a year. I guess they know how poorly made their houses are.

  The people that work there are super nice and I love their attitude but their homes are not put together well. We have had our Mobile home for two years and four months and the Kitchen cabinets are falling apart. I just had One of the “fake” drawer under the sink fall off on my son’s head when I slightly bumped into it. All the drawers don’t pull out right and right now I have 3 drawers that completely fell apart. And inside the cabinets the shelf is falling through. We bought the vail and it looks beautiful well put together home but it was cheaply put together. The outlets are poorly put in as well, We had somebody come out to fix the Outlet about 6 month into living in the house to put it back into the wall and told us that they can’t fix it because of a certain piece that they don’t carry with them. The guy told us that he can put it back in the wall, but to not use the plug because it will fall out again. And since then, we’ve had two plugs in the kitchen fall out they are usable, but it looks ghetto. And a total of three plugs in the house that I’ve fallen out that we had to fix ourselves. These houses would be great for somebody who doesn’t live in it 24/7 More like a vacation home.
