- MDMicah DavisFeb 21, 20261.0Water has been leaking into my apartment for a month now after every shower. I have had to use my own towels to clean up the dirty water and had to purchase new ones. Maintenance said they were working on the problem but after weeks there was no update. So now there is mold spread throughout my apartment. After going to the front office they sent another maintenance guy who found the problem but also made the shower unusable breaking off the spout. They then gave me keys to an apartment to use that shower… only for that apartment to be invested with bugs as pictured. I am now being told there is nothing they can do about it until Monday, 2 days from now. So now I am paying for an apartment with no shower.

She has always been professional, respectful, and consistent in the way she handles residents and situations. It’s honestly hard to find people in apartment management these days who truly maintain a high level of professionalism in both their tone and work ethic, and Monique does exactly that. I’m truly going to miss having her here. She made a real difference in my experience as a resident, and this community is lucky to have had someone like her. She is a huge asset and sets the standard for what property management should be.
