  We recently moved into vinings apartments and couldn't be happier with our decision the units are well maintained the community is quite and the amenities are exactly what we were looking for. A hug thank you to Tamara Orebo for making the transition so smooth .finding a place can be incredibly stressful but Tamara went above and beyond to help us find the prefect unit that fits our needs .Their professionalism and helpfulness really set this place apart. Highly recommend. 10 🌟 for vinings apartments the apartments are beautiful, but the management is what really makes it home Tamara Orebo was instrumental in helping us find our new place she was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole application process a breeze. If you're looking for a new home ask for Tamara Orebo i also want to say thanks to the other staff job well done

  Lived here over 20 years ago, my parents got this place for a year I went to elementary across street I remember the donuts and cookies in leasing office the pool was nice and there was a Powerade drink machine it looks all similar to today with few changes, made friends and memories I’ll cherish forever in such short time As an adult I’m sure I would found my issues but as a care free kid it was great

  Living at The Vinings has truly been an amazing experience! From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home. The community is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and in such a convenient location. Everything you need is nearby, yet the property still feels quiet and private. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I love the layout and the natural light — it really makes the space feel warm and inviting. The amenities are always clean and well-kept, which shows how much pride the management team takes in the community. What really makes The Vinings stand out, though, is the staff. The management and maintenance teams are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. I highly recommend The Vinings to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming place to call home. I’m so glad I chose to live here!

  Great apartment complex with excellent features! There’s a year-round pool, a well-equipped gym, valet trash service, and convenient apps for paying rent or submitting requests. They even offer an app called Amenify, which gives you a monthly credit you can use toward food, groceries, or housekeeping services. Maintenance is also quick and reliable—issues are fixed in a timely manner!

  It’s great place to live, all services including the ones on amenify app have been super helpful, along with the associated with the property management. I really do enjoy my time here
