  Decent apartments, but soundproofing is poor and staff do not feel the need to address dogs left barking all day and there is frequent complex internet outages. you get a fee if you dont pick up your mail for 48h. it’s a bit of a tough place to work from home from. The staff are otherwise very helpful and friendly.

  More like 3 1/2 stars. The maintenance and management team are great and responsive. However, apartment smells like weed on a nightly bases. The management team do try and assist and say the odor isn’t from the vents, but that the odor can travel through walls. But I smell it coming through the vents and have tried an air purifier and carbon filter on the vents. Nothing is helping.

  My family and I love Shadowbrooke. Property is very safe, well maintained and quiet (day and night). Management/Maintenance team is incredible. Yudi was extremely helpful from the very beginning. Even took the time to check in on us after settling into our new place. Great Amenities as well. Highly recommend

  Yudi Trujillo was our guide today and was amazing! Informative, attentive, respectful, an absolute pleasure to have met! She anticipated any questions we could have had, guided us through the quote with ease and helped us fine the perfect fit for us. She was easy to talk to and make the experience of finding an apartment and touring them enjoyable. Charming, welcoming personality that knows her stuff. If you’re looking for a girl to guide you through I’d pick her 10/10! Apartments are gorgeous and you can’t beat a place with that gorgeous pool and hot tub combo PLUS monthly resident events and great pricing 💕 I’m extremely pleased with my experience.

  I have been here for 1 year and I can’t say enough about my wonderful experience at ShadowBrooke. Yudi is excellent and always helpful. Bertha is great on the maintenance and Isaiah is a wonderful manager. I believe the prices are more than reasonable. I moved and cut my costs by over $500. No surprise fees, lots of events, and the property is well-maintained. If you’re looking for bells and whistles this place is not for you. Comfortable, safe living, and good amenities. I believe my favorite is the smart thermostat.
