  I was assisted by April! The most excellent customer service I’ve experienced in a while especially in a world where it has become very hard to get. I needed assistance in about a week and I was able to move in and get everything taken care of in less than 7 days! She worked tirelessly. I am so grateful to have come in contact with such a beautiful soul. I look forward to seeing what the community has to offer.

  I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained.

  The positive reviews are from the property doing raffles, notice how they are all around the same time coincidentally which is not right. Giving the property 1 star because it’s deserved. Uneven flooring, constant communication about pet waste not picked up but pet stations have literally had zero bags for the month of December and it’s disgusting to see everywhere. The audacity of personnel to send mass communication and not even simply check the stations to make sure bags are stocked, makes no sense. I have seen more stray animals around, trash in lot and grass, overall decent property but definitely look elsewhere. Issues with parking, even though there is roughly enough spaces. I would give it a 7/10 in terms of safety, lots of trees, people tend to like the pool, staff is overall friendly, lots of small food trucks at random (rarely given advance notice, usually find out 2 hours advance) and casual office attempts to be fun. No food vouchers given for snack/food trucks also by property but incentivize a positive review. Not enough significance to make me give a positive review unfortunately. They have this thing about sending last minute communication that does not make sense also. Seems like every time there is an issue going on they will randomly send out a text 30 minutes in advance saying the office is closed for a luncheon giving residents no time to make arrangements around that. I keep seeing praise on amenities, I don’t understand what they could be talking about. Valet trash (when they do come) make their own hours from what it feels like, outdated gym with broken equipment and not even a kettlebell. A roach fell from the ceiling next to me and I haven’t been back since. This place may be better than what it “used to be” but that does not mean it’s overall good.

  From the moment I moved in, this apartment complex has truly felt like home. The community is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and welcoming, making it a place I genuinely enjoy coming back to every day. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the location is incredibly convenient to everything you could need. What truly sets this complex apart, though, is the front office staff. They are beyond friendly always warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Every interaction feels personal and sincere. They are incredibly receptive to questions or concerns and are proactive in making sure residents feel supported and heard. Whether it’s checking in, offering helpful updates, or going the extra mile to solve an issue before it becomes a problem, their dedication really shows. It’s rare to find a team that cares this much, and it makes a world of difference. They are always throwing monthly events for the community and providing food trucks for the community, which I really enjoy! Everyone is great, however, I want to specifically highlight Ms.Crystal and Mrs. April. They are truly AMAZING!!! They are consistent and always go the extra mile to ensure that all my requests are met and they are extremely patient and understanding. Maintenance is also prompt and reliable, which adds to the overall sense of comfort and trust. This is more than just an apartment complex it’s a community built on care, communication, and respect. I’m truly grateful to live here and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where they feel valued and at home.
