  Living at this apartment complex was a great experience. I never had any issues that weren’t fixed immediately. The staff were incredibly helpful and always responded on time to any needs or concerns. April is the best—she made my move-in process easy and helped just as much when it was time to move out. Crystal was also very helpful and great to work with. I truly enjoyed my stay and the amenities. The best part of these apartments is how quiet they are, along with having great neighbors. I would definitely recommend this community.

  The place is nice and especially safe. The staff are very approachable; they immediately accommodate your problems or concerns. One thing I really like is that they have activities every month, and in December they even have activities every week, so you have the chance to meet and get to know your neighbors. That’s really nice because you get to see and talk with your fellow apartment residents. That’s one of the things I like about Preserve at Colony Lakes, aside from the fact that it’s accessible to different establishments.

  I have lived at The Preserve at Colony Lakes Apartments for approximately eight years, and my experience has been very positive. Throughout my time here, the community has remained well-maintained, peaceful, and welcoming. The management and maintenance teams have consistently been responsive, professional, and helpful whenever issues arise. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the staff truly cares about the residents and the overall quality of the community. The grounds are kept clean and attractive, and the environment feels safe and comfortable. I’ve enjoyed the sense of stability and community that comes with long-term residency, and it has truly felt like home over the years.   Its a good place to get in ! Resigned my lease a day ago. I love how cooperative Krystal, April & other leasing office members are . The maintenance team is really quick and responsive. I like the wood flooring & walk-in closets in these apartments . Moreover the Amenities are really well-maintained to provide comfort to the residents. The emergency service is 24/7 , and they really shows up for help even at midnight. Everyplace has its pros and cons , but if you are planning to move you can definitely give this place a try. Walmart, Kroger, Desi stores , Kids parks, auto-shops etc every thing is in reach - no long distances ! They host different events also at leasing office - seasonal & occasional. You can also enjoy different Food trucks in front of there office every week .

  From the moment I moved in, this apartment complex has truly felt like home. The community is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and welcoming, making it a place I genuinely enjoy coming back to every day. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the location is incredibly convenient to everything you could need. What truly sets this complex apart, though, is the front office staff. They are beyond friendly always warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Every interaction feels personal and sincere. They are incredibly receptive to questions or concerns and are proactive in making sure residents feel supported and heard. Whether it’s checking in, offering helpful updates, or going the extra mile to solve an issue before it becomes a problem, their dedication really shows. It’s rare to find a team that cares this much, and it makes a world of difference. They are always throwing monthly events for the community and providing food trucks for the community, which I really enjoy! Everyone is great, however, I want to specifically highlight Ms.Crystal and Mrs. April. They are truly AMAZING!!! They are consistent and always go the extra mile to ensure that all my requests are met and they are extremely patient and understanding. Maintenance is also prompt and reliable, which adds to the overall sense of comfort and trust. This is more than just an apartment complex it’s a community built on care, communication, and respect. I’m truly grateful to live here and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where they feel valued and at home.
