  This is such a beautiful property very well maintained and the office staff is amazing. Alison Was very quick to answer my questions And helped in every step of the way Thank you to Austin for all of your help too! The brand new pool area and fitness center is so perfect too

  I’ve had a really great experience here so far. The homes are modern, clean, and feel much more like a private home than a typical apartment, which I love. The community is quiet and well-kept, and everything feels thoughtfully designed. The move-in process had a couple small hiccups, but Taylor was very helpful and responsive throughout, which made everything much easier. Once everything was sorted out, it’s been smooth and really enjoyable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something more comfortable and home-like.

  I Only took a tour nothings finalized yet but felt very welcomed by Ms. Taylor. She was very knowledgeable, skilled in the information of the benefits of living in the new construction community. Love the renting like a single family home or townhome that gives treatment of living in an apartment where the property managers/owners are responsible for maintaining everything else (Ex lawn care, trash, maintenance work etc). Very spacious and good for single women and bachelors and small family living. Enjoyed driving through the property to see the pool and fitness amenities as well as a pickle ball court (played on a cruise before looking join a mini league). Definitely the price for a luxury style home then the price of a smaller over priced apart living style. Go see for yourself!
