  We just moved in, and the entire process has been easy and accommodating. Samantha and Lilly have both answered all questions and have provided excellent customer service. Our apartment is beautiful and no signs of pests or rodents like I read in other’s reviews. Hot water gets really hot and we even placed a maintenance request on Friday for some minor things and they were here first thing Monday morning. Don’t let the bad reviews stop you from moving here if you’re thinking about it. Every occupant has their own experience. 10/10 recommend!!!!

  Grandson and nephew moved in a week ago from another city in Texas and already having extreme rodent issues with little resolution, having to spend his own money to plug holes where the rodents are entering due to maintenance not properly addressing the issue other than just putting down poison. This issue will be well documented and recorded for the health department to step in, unless the property lets him out of his lease and pay him back his money. I would not recommend moving to this place. Nothing is nastier than having to live with rodents.
