  Kathy and (buz) Paul are some of the nicest people to work with and as friends. They always go above and beyond to make house buying simple. Once you buy a house with them you are considered one of the family. They are the best.

  We first worked with Kathy six years ago when selling our first home. The process was flawless, and we received multiple offers over asking price! She took the time to help us understand how to choose the best buyer for the smoothest transaction. When it came time to buy our next home, she went above and beyond just “showing” houses. She previewed neighborhoods before we toured them, kept us focused on our goals, and encouraged us to stay patient until we found the perfect home for our family. Kathy was so wonderful to work with that our relationship didn’t end at closing—we became great friends and still are today. Last year, we made a big move out of state, and once again, Kathy went above and beyond by using her network to connect us with a fantastic realtor in Boston. We decided to rent out our home until we were fully settled, and she made that process just as seamless. As first-time landlords, we felt completely at ease thanks to her experience and guidance.
