  Wish we’d chosen a different builder. Toll gets one star for a good start- my inspector liked their foundation material and framing - but too many deficiencies found in fashion and function. Seems like their process is good but there’s no oversight of subcontractors. Showers leak into walls, nail punches in roof were caulked over & are now leaking, gaslighting us on their portion of property tax assesment. Their building expertise is of no value to buyers: you are on your own to solve all problems & request remedy before the warranty expires. Cabinets are great, flooring ok. Drywall atrocious - 8 of 18 pass through walls are absurdly crooked. Not a single window exterior was sealed properly. Pay for a roof inspection before one year warranty.

  We're considering moving to Woodson's Reserve, but I'm trying to find out if they flood easily and can't seem to find anything..and if it flooded during Harvey. Does anyone know?
