I have been a tenant at this property since 2025. Since the departure of the previous property manager, Monica, I have observed a noticeable decline in the overall management, upkeep, and communication at the property.
Under prior management, the property was well-maintained, communication was consistent, and residents felt safe and respected. Since then, several ongoing concerns have arisen, including a lack of supervision on the property, disruptive behavior occurring late at night, unaddressed issues related to aggressive pets, and a general decline in maintenance standards. The biweekly unit inspections that once helped maintain property conditions no longer appear to be taking place.
Additionally, communication between management and tenants has been minimal or nonexistent, which has led to confusion and unnecessary issues—most recently regarding parking enforcement. I was required to pay approximately $300 to retrieve my vehicle after it was towed from my paid parking space. I had previously updated my vehicle information in the apartment application, under the understanding that this was the required process. I was not informed that a separate towing registration system was required.
When I attempted to discuss this matter with the property manager, Carolyn, the interaction was unprofessional and dismissive. I was spoken to rudely, my concerns were minimized, and when I requested to escalate the issue to her supervisor for further assistance, the situation became confrontational rather than solution-focused.
After resolving the towing issue by paying the fees and registering my vehicle with the towing service, I was not provided with any written confirmation that my information had been successfully updated. Another tenant later received written documentation for the same process, which raises concerns about inconsistent treatment and procedures.
I believe tenants deserve consistent communication, clear policies, professional interactions, and a safe, well-maintained property. ALL TENANTS SHOULD RECEIVE EQUAL SERVICE NOT JUST THE ONE WHO LOOK LIKE MANAGEMENT.
