  Grandson and nephew moved in a week ago from another city in Texas and already having extreme rodent issues with little resolution, having to spend his own money to plug holes where the rodents are entering due to maintenance not properly addressing the issue other than just putting down poison. This issue will be well documented and recorded for the health department to step in, unless the property lets him out of his lease and pay him back his money. I would not recommend moving to this place. Nothing is nastier than having to live with rodents.

  This places deserves 0 stars. Been here 1 week and my kitchen flooded after taking a shower. Maintenance showed up to look, said they’d come back the next day and didn’t show up. Opened my pantry and a huge rat ran out. That night I heard a bunch of them scurrying in the walls. A neighbor informed me the complex is known for rats and my section is the worst. Just signed a 15 month lease. This is crazy

  REAL TIME REVIEW !!!! Building 18 is in day 3 with no hot water. We living like pilgrims and the front office has no answers

  Everyone minds their business, it’s quiet and affordable rent. Maintenance team is good, sometimes they have to come out more than once but it gets done. The best addition to the front office is Sami . She is a breath of fresh air and always friendly and pleasant to work with.

  I love Rayford Edge the apartments are nice and quiet. Maintenance worker's are great and come out to assist with work orders really fast . I have an elderly mother and I was really concern when looking for somewhere for her to live but Rayford Edge has taken a lot of stress and anxiety away from us. I feel my mother contact the office for a lot of little things that their too busy with the amount of units they have, to have to concern themselves with small things like replacing bulbs ,but they come out regardless in a timely manner, always pleasant and very nice and patient with her. I love these apartments and the workers are exceptional. My mother has been a resident a year and when it was time to renew the lease we didn’t think twice . The workers reassure the apartments are maintained clean and groundsmen value their work and take pride in their tenants needs and the quality of the units inside and out .
