Decided to rent a home from progress, we showed up to pick up our keys and there was a employee in the home from progress residential conducting an "inspection". Not sure what he was doing in there because the first shower we took, BUCKETS of water started flooding through a light fixture and flooded the downstairs living area. We called to get this repaired and they were able to to send someone out after a week. The leak has been fixed but somehow the shower head sprays all along the walls. No worries, we decided to ask the next technician about it since the the kitchen plumbing started backing up. We figured this was due to the lack of garbage disposal, so we called in to schedule a garbage disposal installed in the kitchen sink. We waited another week for the appointment, the day of the appointment, my husband leaves work early because of the updates sent to him about the technician being on the way, to then find out, they had no intention of installing a garbage disposal without communicating this to us. So despite the updates of a technician coming in, they allowed us to wait over a week to then tell us they would not do anything about the kitchen plumbing. This service manager lacks respect and consideration. Meanwhile, we have not been able to use our sink in our new rental. We will never rent from progress ever again. We suggest you rent from any other rental housing corporation, I have never experienced so many plumbing issues within the fist week of a rental home. Shout out to the plumbing tech, did a fantastic job and has great customer service.

They charged us a final utility bill for our last payment on the end of September of $742 and after we moved out we get a email from the utility service stating we don’t pay the fina bill. These people are con artists. We will be getting an attorney for them charging us and not sending the money to the proper people.

Very disappointed in the "Application and approval" process. This company is all about perfection, when their houses are far from that to begin with! Automatically denied due to not having renters history.. my credit isnt great, but my cosigner is. Im a registered nurse, newly divorced and have the income but because credit isnt perfect and no rent history, not even given a chance. No wonder thier houses stay on the market for months at a time! Maybe if you gave good honest people a chance!

My yard borders the yard of one of your houses, and the fence we have is in terrible condition. Their tenant has a dog that's constantly knocking down the fence and trespassing on my property. My son was hurt once, and I've asked them to come and arrange for repairs, but all they did was put two boards as patches along the fence, which is old and rotten. The person who came to patch the fence said they only had 45 minutes to work. Is this the quality of your homes? Is there any way to protect my yard and prevent my son from getting hurt again? Can someone please look into this?

WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER! We have been renting for only 4 months and cannot wait for the lease to end. There have been so many issues. You provide renter's insurance exactly how they request- it get's denied. Spent hours going round and round with them to explain and show them that our insurance contains everything exactly the way they want. You submit a maintenance request- It takes multiple people over an extended period of time to get the job done. Last guy came out to fix our fridge because the fridge would not dispense ice or water. He pulled out the water filter to bypass the issue and left. So now we still do not have filtered water, which is what I thought we were paying for with our rent. They do not do emergency maintenance calls at night. Our A/C went out in the middle of a hot August summer night. We have 2 dogs and child, who was 6-7 months at the time. They wouldn't even send a A/C company to take care of us. You email and call for a supervisor- you never get one. This company doesn't care about their tenants. It's all about money. Do better Progress.
