  Be very careful leasing here. I was pressured to sign a lease within 72 hours or my application would be canceled — even though the unit was not available to be viewed and still had a current occupant. I asked to see the exact apartment before signing and was not allowed due to the unit being occupied, but was told I had to sign the lease anyway. Later, I lost my job and immediately contacted the property to cancel my move in. Despite explaining that I no longer had income or the ability to qualify, they still attempted to push me to take possession of the unit and showed no flexibility. Even though I never received keys, never took possession, never completed a move-in checklist, and never moved in, I was charged nearly $1,000 for canceling. That balance was sent to collections and impacted my credit. I had to go through a formal dispute process, and thank God the collection was ultimately removed — but no renter should ever have to fight collections for a place they never lived in. Please protect yourself, ask to see the exact unit before signing, and don’t allow yourself to be pressured into a lease you’re not comfortable with. I’m sharing this so others don’t go through the same experience. Beware.

  This complex is a must visit! The office team are professional and friendly! The Maintenance Team are prompt and always helpful. Property is well kept and close to everything!

  The property is really quiet and doesn't have any crimes going on in the property. The maintenance good of fixing any broken. The gate is get fixed right away after get reported. The management and other staffs in the office are friendly.

  I love working with Brittany (manager) and Roman (service manager). They are attentive and passionate on maintaining their community. This team exhibits wonderful customer service.

  I’ve had the pleasure of working with this apartment community as a vendor, and I can honestly say they run one of the most organized and professional properties I’ve ever partnered with. The management team is responsive, respectful, and truly cares about both their residents and the quality of work being done on the property.
