This place is horrendous. See reasons to not live here below. 1) front gate has been broken for 8 months 2) holes in the roofs they won't fix where animals live 3) power and hot water go out at least once every 3 months 4) in consistent parking rules, will tow a car if you don't drive for a couple days and stay home 5) smells like fecal matter from all the animals

Would not recommend this property, have been a resident for going on two years. Management does NOT stay, entrance gate has been broken for months with no update as to when it will get fixed, and my water is constantly being turned off for "boiler repairs". Only move here if you have NO other choice!!

Do not move here management is terrible. We have been with out hot water for 3 days now every other week the hot water is off and the only updates the office have is that a part is needed and then the office will send the message at 5:40 when the office is near closing. Do not believe the fake reviews

I would not recommend this property. I have lived here since August, having moved from out of state, and I had to change apartments after only two months. The complex appears to be outdated and in disrepair, and it seems that maintenance is not adequately addressed. Sections of the fence are missing or collapsing, and the entrance gate is broken and remains open, which could pose safety concerns as unauthorized individuals can potentially access the premises at any time. Additionally, there is a noticeable amount of dog waste around the property. As a person moving from out of state, I would have appreciated the opportunity to view the property beforehand, especially as a single woman, but that was not possible. The apartment I moved into is also deteriorating, and it has been challenging to get necessary repairs completed. Since August, management has changed three times, and once the lease is signed, their focus seems solely on collecting rent rather than addressing ongoing issues. I plan to stay only until the end of my lease and would not recommend this property to others.

Arrived at the property and was warmly greeted by the agent. Went over a few things about the property and the apartment I was looking for. After a short discussion I filed out an application and now I’m waiting on an answer…
