  Paula was truly a godsend! We were first time homebuyers and Paula walked us through every single step and helped answer all of our questions. We thought we would never be able to own a house but Paula made it possible for us! 10/10 recommend!!

  I truly can’t say enough about our realtor Paula. Even in the beginning when my mom tried to step in, being that she was blessing us through this process, Paula kindly said, “Let me work my magic.” And she definitely did just that. From the very start she was professional, patient, and really paid attention to what my husband and I wanted. This whole home buying experience was completely new to us, and she made sure we understood every step along the way. I swear it felt like we looked at 100 houses (not really, but it definitely felt like it 😂). Through every showing her spirit never changed. She stayed positive, answered every question we had, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. She genuinely wanted us to find the home that truly fit our growing family. What I appreciated most was her honesty. Even when we thought we had found the one, Paula stood up and said, “I don’t think this is the one. Let’s keep looking.” And we did. Because of that, we ended up with the home that truly fits our family, and it even came with an extra blessing attached to it.   Paula Bradley was referred to me by my Pastor and once again, his counsel was a blessing. Paula is a delightful and dedicated professional. During the search for a first time home for my daughter, son in law and our 1st grandbaby on the way, she was warm and friendly, positive, persistent and patient. Paula listened and learned quickly about our needs, preferences and deal breakers. When we looked at houses together, she objectively offered pros and cons. We never felt rushed into a decision, because she offered her insights but allowed us to discuss and eliminate the houses ourselves. When we found the right house, we felt she represented us in a manner that respected the seller but advocated for us, the buyers. We talked early some mornings and late some nights. We took the steps she recommended to help reduce the chance of buyers remorse. Paula helped us negotiate a winning offer! She was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend Paula Bradley, if you are looking for a realtor!

  This being my first house hunt, I was nervous. I knew little about the housing market, or what to look out for. Paula put all my worries to ease. She was understanding and super helpful. She didn’t force me to pick anything I didn’t want and pointed out things about houses that wouldn’t benefit me in the future if I decided to sell. She really guided me through and got me into a house that I love and can see my two girls growing up in for a few years. I highly recommend her, above anyone else.
