  I wish I wasn't having to leave a 1 star review but unfortunately I don't have a choice. I'm a Realtor and my clients were pre-approved by Jose Valenzuela, the entire process was such a nightmare. He gave my clients a pre-approval, we find a house, and about a week before closing he comes back saying under writing is asking for paperwork that my clients can't provide because the situation doesn't apply to them. The fact that Jose didn't catch the issue himself and that we got as far in the process as we did is ridiculous. The deal obviously falls through, my clients lose $750 on an appraisal for a home they can't buy. Some time goes by my clients give Jose another opportunity and he gets them a new pre-approval, we find another house and go under contract again. Well, never fails Jose input information incorrectly into my clients file which gave us a higher pre-approval than we should have had and now we have another contract we can't move forward with again. I guess on a positive note, at least this time the deal fell through 2 weeks before closing instead of 1. I highly recommended if you are considering Neighborhood Loans that you don't and find someone else.

  Alex is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We met to discuss social media, and he was so kind, open, and easy to talk to. He genuinely cares about his business and the people he works with, which made the meeting a great experience. Really appreciate how approachable and positive he is, highly recommend!

  Alex is amazing! He handled my brother’s loan for his first home, and the process was so smooth from start to finish. He’s a great guy and someone I’d recommend to anyone. I’ll absolutely be using him when I’m ready to buy a home.
