The pools are always dirty, gym outdated and club houses dirty as well. Gates always broken. I also had roach problem in my kitchen ( started shortly after new neighbors moved in) that I was asking for pest control every week for about 2 months. It finally cleared up but was definitely a menace. Front office staff seem to change frequently as well. They are nice enough to some degree but my move-out was heinous. I never recieved a final bill but just got a collection letter for over 2k. In the middle of seeking legal advice for that foolery. I would say take your money elsewhere. The $1400 isn’t worth the 2b2b, there are town houses next door that are cheaper and nicer. Nothing luxury about this place.

Show me floor plans, the pet station they offered, and park, pet friendly spots in area, something no other place had done. So was real grateful. It was a tad bit further away than I wanted to travel for work… But my lease is up in June, this maybe be my home soon. Thanks again Cindy hope you see this! You did amazing!
