  I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but The Virginia Apartments in Seguin absolutely deserve it. From the moment I first walked into the office, I was treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. The entire staff has been incredibly helpful throughout the process, but Erica, the property manager, truly stands out. Erica goes above and beyond in a way you just don’t see anymore. She’s patient, understanding, and actually listens when you have questions or concerns. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been positive—she handles everything quickly and makes you feel like you actually matter, not just another tenant. The property itself is well-kept, quiet, and feels safe. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the team does a great job keeping everything looking clean and taken care of. It’s clear that management genuinely cares about the residents and the community. If you’re looking for a place in Seguin where you’ll be treated with respect and have management that truly has your back, I can’t recommend The Virginia Apartments enough. Erica has set the bar extremely high for what a property manager should be.

  Living here has been on of the best experiences I have had. Erica is a blast to talk to never have I had any issues with her. Hell with any of the office staff. If my kids see that my car is outside and I’m not in the apartment they know that I’m down in the office talking to one or all of them. Anytime there is an issue Erica and the girls are on top of it and makes sure everything is taken care of. Any other appointments that I have lived at I would dread having to go to the office. Here you can’t keep me out of it. You best believe I will sit on the floor in the office and talk it up. I would recommend living here to anyone I know. At this point I’m staying in the apartment I’m in currently, my daughter and her boyfriend are moving into a a two bedroom and as soon as my sons lease is up I’m going to try and convince him and his girlfriend to get an apartment here too.

  I’ve had a great experience living here. The staff is consistently friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents—they go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The amenities are excellent and always well-maintained, which really adds to the overall quality of living. Whether it’s the shared spaces or the small details, everything feels thoughtfully designed. What truly sets this community apart is the atmosphere. There’s an amazing sense of community here that’s hard to find—neighbors are welcoming, and it feels like a place people are proud to call home. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and connected place to live.

  Office Ericka is the rudest speaking person. Not helpful at. Rudest person I have ever had to listen to on the phone. I would not recommend having to deal with Ericka

  office Erika is the rudest person I have ever had to listen to on the phone. She does not allow one word and rudely speaks loudly on the phone and hung up on me. I am the cosigner for my son who lost his job and she not only did not document his notice over 2 months ago but told him he had to sign a 60 day notice before the end of the day. When I asked him what date was on the paper he signed for he informed it was a date a month farther than the end of the lease we signed for. I would not recommend anyone to have to deal with Erika.
