  These 5 stars go out to Frank Brown with Pulte and he deserves every star. Contractors had to redo some work on the sidewalks because it didn't meet code and what not. Dirt was piled up on my side which ended up causing a trap for water. Now I'll admit I'm someone hard to work with cause I call everything out. When Frank reached out to me asking about the issue, I was getting frustrated and told him I'll just do it myself, but he didn't let that happen. He said he wanted to help me and get everything fixed. I could tell he really meant it and wanted to help. He didn't give up on me, so I listened and I let him help me. He made his valls to whoever he had to and the issue was fixed. Throughout the whole process he stayed in contact with me and kept me updated. Frank got it done for me and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome of his effort. I'm glad he was able to get it done because something I didn't tell him was that I was recovering from a kidney donation and wasn't able to do any work. So, to Frank B. Thank you for everything, your dedication meant a lot to me. -Daniel Cardenas

  Joey, sales manager and Ryan, construction manager were fantastic. Both were available for questions and answers during the buying process. I appreciate that both treated me as if I were their only client.

  Even though I ended up buying with another builder in a different town, I wanted to say Centex Lily Springs was a great community. The sales rep, Pete, was the most knowledgeable person throughout my entire home buying process. I also appreciated that they gave me space to do my house hunting for a couple days and followed up. Overall I would recommend 10/10…also the pool is really nice!
