  Do not rent here! This week a maintenance man came into my apartment when my dogs were here and I was not. And on the slip of paper he left, it read 0 dogs were present, after which he talked about how friendly the dogs were so friendly to him in front of the leasing agent, Jenna. I thought about this and talked to the manager of my concern about this blatant lie. She said it was my fault for requesting maintenance. 🤣She also said it was my fault for not saving the slip of paper he left.😅 All she needed to do was ask the leasing agent (Jenna), because she was right there. If the maintenance man can get away with lying what else is he capable of? Stealing? He has a key to my door and now I don’t feel safe leaving my dogs alone and valuable items because the manager made it clear that I do not have a right to privacy. I put in a request to put the laundry room door back on the rails, but she labeled it broken/damaged. My fault again? From day one I told them that the apartment smelled like dog piss and sewage. They brushed it off. If you do decide to move here document everything.

  This is my third time renting and the best experience I’ve had by FAR! These apartments are priced very reasonably for how nice they are! Our leasing agent, Jenna, was so helpful & insightful throughout our whole application process. We hope to renew here next year! 💕

  Great looking apartments. But needs pesticide really bad near the pool area. Lots of ants. And the pool needs cleaning and the grill is broken. And the wooden porches should be break or stillborn instead of soft wood. Besides that these apartments have potential oh and the trash be overflowed like crazy. Side walk needs to be cleaned after car accident that happened like 3 weeks ago.
