  Donna and her team were amazing! She went above and beyond to make the sale of our house as smooth as possible and then make sure that we found what we were looking for in our new home. We felt confident relying on her knowledge and expertise for every situation in our real estate transactions.   Donna, is very professional and will do everything she can to sell your home or find you a home. She ultimately didn't get the chance to sell our home but just talking to her a few times I wouldn't hesitate to call her if i needed anything else.

  The agent working with us was so untimely with information that it would have cost us $3,000 extra had we not been vigilant. A lease-back contract was created that we did not see until the sellers asked for an amendment. When we asked for a showing, the agent asked us ‘how are you finding these houses?’ It came to be a ‘buyer beware’ situation as our agent was not our advocate and when pressed for assistance she threw up non-related issues such as ‘it was too hot to go to my car to get your key’. She is a very nice lady, but lacking in communication skills, attention to detail, and organization.
