Grettell was very kind and gave me a tour of the apartment, answered all my questions, made everything clear, and had nothing but smiles the entire time. I really appreciated how simple she made everything. great experience!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but it’s been a really bad experience living here overall, truly. My apartment has flooded twice since I moved in, and I later found out it flooded four times before that. Only after all of this did they finally fix the problem instead of doing temporary patches (this seems to be their
go to). Communication from the office is terrible, and getting clear answers is frustrating. It often feels like the office staff have an attitude or make you feel stupid for asking questions. Student housing is extremely overpriced. You think you’re getting a deal, but it ends up being close to $1000 per person each month. A 3-bedroom here shouldn’t cost around $3000 when larger non-student apartments are far less. A lot of the “good” reviews are tied to giveaways, so take them with a grain of salt. I regret moving here and don’t want someone else making the same mistake I did. You’d be better off living in a non student housing apartment. I wish I had listened to all the negative reviews about this place instead of having higher hopes. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Great and Fast Service!! Lost my fob and within a few minutes Haley, who works at the leasing office, helped me get a new one. She was very friendly and had a positive attitude.

My experience with the village was phenomenal. I had the pleasure of touring with Ms. Jaylin and she was very knowledgeable and helpful with informing me about all the positive aspects of leasing their property. The Villages are my go to place when it comes to rental property. Definitely stop here and ask for Jaylin. She will guide you with care and patience.
