I recently toured this apartment community and had a really positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the property was clean, well-kept, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Chris and the leasing staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured.Overall, the tour left a great impression on me. It definitely feels like a place where people would be comfortable and proud to live. I would absolutely consider leasing here based on my experience.

We really wanted this place but the communication is not the best. I have been the one having to call the office asking for updates and if any other documents needed to be sent. Not only did the original person working our application stopped working there (Lou). But their compliance team takes a while to review and approve (this is normal for income based apartments tho.) everytime I have sent a document there was a problem. I sent over a document filled out exactly how Chris the new manager told me to. I do not work and go to school. I’m literally using fafsa and Pell grants which I sent documents and yet they still need more and I have sent over every document. And since I don’t work they need me to provide how I am paying for things such as rent and food. My fiance pays for everything since I’m a sahm mom and I sent over the completed form stating that. And they replied that I have filled it out wrong -even though I did exactly what Chris said to put) he had emailed us about these corrections on April 6th. And then today April 7th gave us a final notice warning. They are income based so it takes a while to get fully approved bc they have to follow a long process compared to regular apartments. I get that. But when communication sucks and not even a full 24 hours after stating we had corrections to be made we were given a final notice warning. As if it was our fault that their compliance team and leasing agents aren’t the ones that take forever to get back to me when I send documents and applications in the same day if not within 30 minutes. I have been on top sending documents and asking for updates. They have not been.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Chris, the manager, along with the office staff and Chris from maintenance, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The leasing process was smooth, and the move-in was easy. Both Manager Chris and Maintenance Supervisor Chris were especially kind and attentive, making sure the unit was fully ready and in great condition before I moved in. Any questions I had were answered quickly, which made the whole experience even more reassuring. I truly appreciate the professionalism and support throughout the entire process and feel confident living here.
The previous property manager, Lou, was excellent, but the new manager, Chris, has been a very different experience. As a woman, I was often talked down to or dismissed, and my concerns weren’t taken seriously. He was also rude to my husband and didn’t make any effort to find answers or handle issues properly. Overall, the lack of professionalism has been really disappointing.
The building is clean, newer, and competitively priced, which makes a strong first impression.
However, despite the advantage of being new, my experience raised serious health concerns regarding a potential sewer gas issue from the bathtub, particularly as the property manager, Chris, indicated he could not confirm whether the condition would be safe even after an inspection. That response alone made it difficult to feel comfortable using basic facilities.
In addition, the AC stopped working and I was informed that no immediate action would be taken unless the temperature reached a certain legal threshold. There have also been periods where WiFi was unavailable for multiple days, as well as a sudden building-wide power outage.
For those primarily focused on cost, occasional issues with WiFi and AC may be less of a concern.
