    We had our son at Village on Telluride for his last two years of college. They repeatedly ignored maintenance requests. One of the biggest issues was they replaced all the furniture with lower quality furniture while he was still living in the unit and they damaged the unit and tried to hold us accountable for the damage they did. When we moved him out, we cleaned the place and expected a few charges for some reasonable wear and tear items. They tacked on ridiculous charges like $25 for a single garbage bag and another $80 for someone else using our garbage can. We disputed the charges and they never responded. They are very unprofessional and do not take care of things properly for the residents. I would highly recommend finding a non student housing complex to rent from so that you will be treated with more respect and courtesy. I reached out as requested and nobody has contacted me to make things right.
