I had a very very very very terrible experience trying to assist a friend who was stuck in her room due to a jammed lock and was anxious throughout the night and couldn’t get out of her room. The leasing office number available to call at night kept throwing us to a bot. I couldn’t sleep properly in a bid to calm her through the night. The next morning, I went to the leasing office to narrate the problem which their resident (my friend) is facing. The office rep seem unbothered and lackadaisical as I narrated the resident’s situation even hinting that I might be a crazy boyfriend when I was only telling them to go and help their own resident. The office rep refused to even speak to their resident (my friend) who was on the phone with me as I narrated the incident to them. Then they proceeded to call her and was unsuccessful which even got me furious. Since their call couldn’t go through, they kept communicating with their resident (my friend) through text. Imagine the pain. When it was time to go assist her, they moved rather slow, and in my experience, slower than a pregnant snail considering the fact that someone has been stuck for over 12hrs in their apartment. I wish they do better next time but I doubt they care. To tell you how painful, this is my first ever Google review and I was born in the 90s.
