  Lou, Priscilla and Courtney all made sure my move in was very pleasant despite some snags. I really appreciate their kindness as we solved some challenges together.

  I was referred by a friend to talk to Lou. When I went in. I spoke with a lady and told her my friend sent me to talk to Lou, the lady said well that's great. She never gave me her name so I couldn't even tell you who she was. But she went on to explain to me that all their apartments were based on income except the income bracket that I fall under doesn't even matter and that they don't have any at my income price. And so I would have to pay $312 extra dollars as if I was in a higher pay bracket. I can't afford that because it's based off of income and my income does not allow me to spend an extra $312 a month. Then she went on to say well but you don't pay for water and you get a washer and dryer in your unit. I own a washer and dryer and not paying for water is not $312 worth. So needless to say instead of working with me or giving me information about when a new unit would be completed so that maybe I could get the 30% which matches my income she just said. Thank you. That's all I can do! My rating and my issue is that if it's based on income and the internet says it's based on income and everything about you says based on income don't tell me I have to pay someone else's income to live there. And maybe if I had spoken with Lou it would have been a different story but here we are

  Lou has been the most amazing to work with. She made sure I got everything done and verified upon move in. The apartments are gorgeous inside & out with some awesome amenities. We love our new home and can not to decorate!
