  I LOVED LIVING HERE! Stayed here during my sophomore year and it was amazing. No college student around family friendly, and staff was super helpful and understanding with any and all problems. Would definitely stay here if I move back to San Marcos. Miss you guys!

  Bitter sweet. Moving out after three years. No complaints!!! The staff was welcoming. The manger Stacy is kind and always welcomed me with a smile. Maintenance was right there to fix anything that was broken in a timely manner.

  They just can’t keep up with the amenities, the only game which is the pool table has been broken and still hasn’t been fixed for months

  I am not one to leave reviews, especially not negative ones. But I have to say I am pretty disappointed with this complex for their lack of proper response to mold in their units. I’ve since moved, but last year when I lived there, there was a mold issue in my unit that was affecting my allergies substantially. Management continued to slap bandaid fixes on it rather than doing it correctly and having it professionally remediated. I now have a friend who still lives there and is dealing with mold as well, and management is unfortunately doing the same thing to them. It’s unacceptable to put tenants in that position.

  La peor administración que me ha tocado hasta ahora ha sido en estos apartamentos, me dieron un contrato de arrendamiento donde decía claramente que el depósito era retornable al finalizar el contrato pero no fue así, me cobraron mas de $100 solo por la limpieza de la alfombra la cual entregué 100% limpia y solo me dijeron que era una cortesía que debía hacerle al siguiente inquilino que se mudara a esa unidad, además que me enviaron correos para que realizara el pago del bill del agua y realice el pago pero también me lo descontaron de mi depósito aunque ya estuviera pagado. Les envié correo para solucionar esa situación y simplemente dejaron de responderlos y sólo decidieron que ignorarme estaría bien. Si pudiera poder 0 estrellas lo haría. Los apartamentos están bien pero simplemente la administración arruina todo. Te roban en tu cara y simplemente no les importa que ni siquiera sea legal hacer eso.
