    The front office is very nice The apartments are like living in a cardboard box with no insulation You can hear your neighbor sneeze The apartments are in a desperate need of updating

    We have lived at Mariposa for eight years, and plan on living here from now on. The complex is kept clean, the residents have a great camaraderie, and there is always something to do if you choose, although you aren't coerced into anything! The staff is always available and helpful, and make you feel welcome anytime. They are quick to respond to work orders, and do a great job. I would recommend Mariposa to anyone looking for a great place to live, and enjoy it! Dorwood & Ladean Ragland
