  I have been a long time resident here and have nothing but great thoughts about my apartment and the staff. Maintenance is great and always fast but my favorite person is Regina. She genuinely cares about the tenants and our needs This isn't iust a iob to her and it shows. She does her iob and does it with a smile. She has been a olessing to me and my family when it comes to our home. If anyone is looking for an apartment to live at, stop looking and live here.

  I just want to take a moment to recognize the property manager Regina for everything she’s done here at Woodland Apartments. She has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Every time I’ve had an issue, especially maintenance related, she’s been kind, understanding, and quick to take action. Within minutes of reaching out, she’s made sure someone was on the way to help. She treats people with respect and genuine care, which is something you don’t often find in property management. It’s clear she truly values the residents and takes pride in her work. I’m really grateful for all she’s done and the way she’s always made sure my needs were met. She’s been an amazing part of this community and deserves to be recognized for her dedication and kindness.
