  Marissa has been super kind and helpful. I appreciate her patience with me. I had so many questions and requests. I have been living here for a few months and love it, it is clean, quiet, and my family loves to use the amenities.

  The price and the location is nice and maintenance will come out the same day if you put in the work order during business hours. Marissa and Tabatha are nice and are willing to work with you. Update to previous review now end of March 2026: roach treatment has taken place and there has been significant improvement definitely liveable within the unit. And for that im grateful its taken care of. Also I cant even put into words how understanding and chill Marissa is with finding a resolution to any issues that may arise. She is so patient and understanding and not judgemental whatsoever. I know sometimes it can be difficult or awkward but she keeps it professional and mindful. She is wonderful.

  The property manager Marissa Is someone that I would never want to rent from ever again. Very unprofessional and lazy if you ask me, I moved in and was not even shown the apartment was not told where to park and had my car towed the first day I got there. If you open up a claim for maintenance, be prepared to wait 2 to 3 days sometimes even longer for somebody to show up. Roaches everywhere And they allow people to just barbecue and make noise all night in front of buildings. I viewed these apartments online as I was not living in Texas at the time. I moved out of the apartment and she says she attempted to contact me and email me which is all a lie. I have no emails from the complex I paid all of my rent and now she is trying to bill me for damages to the apartment that were already there. There were roaches in the apartment, the first day that I moved in. Do your research! My issue wasn’t that I was being Billed for property damage it’s the fact that they never told me that there was a balance due because I would’ve paid it if I would’ve known but now it’s impacted my credit.

  Lived here for almost 4 years with no problems. Maintenance comes quick when something leaks or breaks, the apartment was great for the price, and the desk staff (shout out to Marissa!) was always nice. Location is good as long as you work nearby, but if you get a cheaper apartment don't expect to have space to host a bunch of people.

  Lovely neighborhood, close but not too close to everything and peaceful living. Great for kids and pet parents. 10/10
