The first week we moved in a suppose to be an upgraded apartment we had to put in 5 maintenance request. The management team is rude and inconsiderate, the maintenance team temporarily fixes your issue depending on what needs to be fixed. When you call the several different numbers they have you never speak with a human only the AI bot Abby who hangs up in your face when you ask to speak to someone, doesn’t help or straight up has a glitch and doesn’t answer when it picks up the call. Also, when the office is suppose to be open no one is there, so if you can’t speak to someone over the phone you can’t even speak to someone in person. We have roaches and roaches don’t just stay in one place they spread, so that means it’s not just our apartment who has roaches. We have foul smell coming from our bathroom wall that we have been dealing with since moving in 3 months ago. We have made several requests to get it fixed, but the maintenance team continues to put caulking on the wall the never drys and so the wall has a crack with brown liquid that smell like feces and makes me feel sick and nauseous everyday. The hot water has gone out twice since living here, we are now on the second time this has happened of day three of having no hot water to wash our dishes and wash our bodies. The point is, this place sucks, is very much overpriced and not even an okay place to live. Do better!

Living here has been great. The leasing staff is nice and very responsive. They are always working and have answered all my questions during and after my move in. The maintenance staff is also great. They’ve gotten any maintenance requests I’ve put in done in a timely manner and are usually super quick. Over all living here has been very nice & super quiet. Would recommend living here.

Beware of living here. They are just a lipstick job over very old and much needed upgrades, which have been clearly neglected. We had a serious mold issue due to old windows. Expect electrical bill to be $300 plus because they don’t update windows, simply chalking doesn’t fix anything. We had MOLD EVERYWHERE! dealing with health issues the whole time there. We had a leak in the bathroom and their solution was to just use kills, which does nothing. Mold must removed. And they simply use a fan to “dry” the bathrooms floor. Who knows what is festering under the laminate wood flooring. They ignore and gaslight you and then at the end terminate your lease because YOU are the problem. They have a private group app where they incentivize residents to leave good reviews for rental discounts. BEWARE!!! I pray for everyone living there, I pray for their health.

I do not recommend living here due to serious mold issues and unresponsive management. I had to submit multiple work orders after water continuously leaked from the AC unit and eventually began dripping through the light fixture. When I opened the AC unit, I found visible mold throughout. Management refused to acknowledge it was mold without a professional test — which they also refused to arrange. I ended up paying $600 out of pocket for a professional inspection, which confirmed the presence of toxic mold. Despite this, management refused to reimburse me for the time I had been living with the issue and only offered to release me from my lease, something they were legally required to do. By law, mold remediation must be handled by licensed professionals, not regular maintenance staff, which they most likely ignored as well. I was sick for several months before discovering the cause. If you currently live here, I highly recommend checking your AC unit for mold; it’s likely there, and management does not take this health hazard seriously.
