  I was a tenant for six years. After many months of complaining about the air conditioner in the gym, not working properly I made a comment about putting them on the news to maybe get them to do something. That was the wrong thing to say! Because when my lease was up, they chose not to renew it only offered me a monthly lease they knew I couldn’t afford!They stated they just wanted me to be happy but the previous manager Abby told me over the phone. “It wasn’t your complaining. It was the way you complained. You threatened to put us on the news!” they obviously retaliated. Don’t expect to get your deposit back they’ll think up waste to keep it and charge you even more money!! don’t trust the management!! They can look at you and smile and turn around and put you through all kinds of hurt.

  My husband (active duty military) and I were stationed at Ft. Sam from 2004-2005. By far the worst place we lived at. My husband was away a lot for work and I was scared to death. Like everyone else said the gates wouldn’t work half the time we were there. They constantly had break-ins of vehicles in the middle of the night. Management SUCKED back then and doesn’t surprise me that it still does today. They also didn’t give us our deposit back and I’m a clean freak. Seriously, take it from the rest of the reviews and DO NOT rent from these people. You will be sorry if you do. I promise!!!
