  Villa Espada Apartments deserves five stars. The community is clean, safe, and well cared for, and the staff goes above and beyond. Ruby is the one who helped me, and she was amazing - professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a great place to live in San Antonio, Villa Espada is a fantastic choice !

  Ruby was great helpful worker and got me in an apartment within 3 days highly recommended going to ruby.

  We've lived here since December it is now the end of March without a working AC. We call almost every week and we get the same answers, that they're coming or they'll give us a call back. Neither happens! I'm very disappointed with the service/ communication at this point, they don't seem to care at all.
