Been living at Ventana for a while now and honestly it’s been a great experience. The staff is super friendly and actually helpful, maintenance is quick, and the resident events are always fun. It really feels like a little community here, neighbors are cool, and the location is perfect. No complaints.

I moved in about a month ago. The apartments are really beautiful! Maintenance is pretty quick. Ame in the leasing office is super helpful anytime I call.

This is my roommate's review and I agree 100% w everything she said: I’ve moved in for 3 months. I’ve had ongoing issues with this place. they don’t resolve issues but just make up excuses and blame the residents. valet trash does not pick up trash on scheduled days as they should be. management wants me to track the time valet trash is on community and flag them to come. I’m paying for this service why should I have to do that?? I’ve gone to the office now maybe 5 times about trash and it’s not going anywhere. the first time they said we need to have it in large garbage trash bags, so because it was our fault we took it out. Second time it stacked up for weeks and at one point there was 8-10 bags. So they said valet doesn’t take more than 2 bags at a time. Okay well if they took it everyday as they should it wouldn’t have stacked up?? so then they had maintenance take it for us to “start fresh.” After that we had 2 bags out they missed the first day and took it the second day. Then never saw them take it again after that. I went to the office again, and now it’s suddenly our fault for not “communicating” and not “contacting them the day after they don’t take it” now they want me to contact them everyday they don’t take it. which is okay I’ll do that . Every time I go talk to them a new rule gets brought up. I’ll take the trash myself if you let me opt out of valet trash, but no that’s not an option… I see my neighbors take their trash out themselves all the time. So clearly you’re just not doing you’re job. Another thing is we have an ongoing leak in the bathtub. Maintenance came to fix it and said they need to order a part and they’ll contact us when they do. Never heard from them so we put another work order. Now it’s been leaking for 2 weeks. How ridiculous. Now they’re blaming us for wanting to schedule to be home while maintenance comes. “If we just let them in whenever it should’ve been fixed” even when we’re here when they come they complete the work orders even though it’s not done. How can I trust them in my home when I’m not home? There’s been so many more issues with the apartment too. The shower that is leaking was clogged since the day we moved in. They fixed it two times or so now it’s leaking. The dishwasher and sink was also broken at one point and we couldn’t use it. The electrical plugs in both bathrooms were not working since we moved in and still doesn’t. Oh and as we were walking out of the office after me and my roommate addressed these issues to them , we hear them say “the audacity” behind our backs. WOW. Very professional. Very nice before we signed the contract. Flipped the attitude after the lease was already signed. Don’t move to this broken apartment. You’re going to deal with ongoing maintenance issues.

I have lived here a little over a year and a half now and I am getting ready to transfer to the sister property only because I do think management is good. The management is great overall but this property in particular did not deliver as expected at all. The bathrooms are the worst did not look nothing like the model home when we first moved in they, notified us that they re-sprayed the bathtub. All they used was the Walmart spray resurface for the tub, that was terrible and when you’re trying to clean the tub, the paint just comes right off. Mosquitoes are horrible apartments have mold in them and parking is horrible as well. And the last straw has been this package room, every time I go to get a package the door either doesn’t operate to get into the package room or the computer to get your packages out of the package lockers are broke and then you call the leasing office and only for them to tell you the best they can do is either hold it for you till tomorrow or I tell you to have somebody come get it, well, I don’t make it home till 6 PM most days and by that time they are already gone…. which is so inconvenient and unprofessional to me. I would definitely not recommend this property if you can afford better. The prices are what they are for a reason.
