  Just a big BIG FYI to anyone looking for a nice, safe home. The gates are constantly broken, theres absolutely NO security (unless you want to count the basically non-existant security gaurd who acts like his phone doesnt exist), the 3rd and 2nd building look absolutely filfthy with trash, stained floors and body fluids from both animals and humans, the elevators are constantly broken with urine inside which is incredibly disappointing considering when showed the FIRST building during the tour we were very excited with how upkept and clean they presented the apartments as. The biggest disappointment is the fact that its been evident that over the years theres been the same complaints amongst my neighbours and other tenants and inside of finding a solution they send one measly reminder email with the biggest emphasis of GIVE US A FIVE STAR REVIEW FOR A CHANCE TO WIN ____. Will not be renewing my lease in the upcoming year.

  Lived here for going on 3 years and it’s been great!!! All my work orders get done in a timely matter and the front office staff goes above and beyond when I need something. Great environment and A great community to live in

  I had live here for 7 years, I lived 5 years in a two bedroom apartment and this is my second year in the 3bds apartment and my experience has always been excellent, I had going through different managements and they always have been great to me and my needs, specially when a service needed to be done they always responded to my request immediately and efficiently. I totally recommend it!

  I love these apartments! They are so friendly and quick! The maintenance crew is fast too! Had a wasp hive. (I’m allergic) they were fast in taking care of it! Among other things maintenance has been the quick to resolve. The move in was so easy. Love it here! Ame and Trinity are the best!! Always so helpful and so professional and friendly!

  Be aware of these scammers. Stole our deposits and charged us another $493. I find it funny that they say they’ve charged others “$800” for a paint job but only $100 for us. So they set the prices they want for whatever reason to whoever. We asked for a final itemized receipt and an explanation because we have videos and photos of how who we hired cleaners and how they left the apartment clean, they sent us photos of RIPPED up carpets and blurred images and said “that counts as our explanation”. Unless you’re looking to pay $1293, look somewhere else. Be prepared to go to court because they will keep your deposits and charge you extra ON top of everything else. 🤷🏻‍♀️ ( - also HUGE roach problem that will never end & theft.. plus a bunch of fake 5 star reviews, they get gift cards if the residents leave em ) It is what it is. No reply needed THE VANCE. Save it for the next one.
