  I do not recommend to live here. This place is going downhill really fast. Entry doors are constantly propped open with rock so homeless people could sleep in the Hallways and steal our packages. Also, if you have a maintenance request, don’t worry about it. It will never get done in the first place be we’ve been having issues in our apartment and still nothing has been done With multiple reports with multiple Work orders Being placed oh, but don’t be 24 hours late on rent or they’ll make sure to notify you but can’t reply back to anything else It’s a beautiful area, but the headache you have to deal with is Not worth it Honestly, probably the worst apartment complex. I lived in in San Antonio.

  Me and my girlfriend been living here for about four years already. It was beautiful at the beginning the first two years besides not having a work in elevator for a whole year now that they had a fire. Everything is going downhill they want to charge everybody for every little thing, but can’t even fix a Our entrance door, so people can’t break in anymore But they want us to apply about all these rules for them. Also, when we moved in our walk-in shower was cracked. Which we notified immediately, they They send a guy to patch up the crack And the guy that re-patched it told us that it’s going to happen again so now every time we shower water runs out of the water pan underneath pretty sure, causing mold damage underneath the whole tub which they can care less about It’s now Been about six months In this new unit we moved to And still, nothing has been fixed constantly putting Maintenance requesting and getting ignored This place is far from luxury Area around it, but definitely not luxury apartments

  I moved out a couple months ago. I have been meaning to get to this so here I am. This apartment has the most horrible security problems I have ever experienced. I have lived in lots of apartments too. Everything is always broke in the common areas. I’ve have also tried to have them look at the camera in the garage after my car got broken into and they never did. Do not move here for real.
