Worst management experience. A water leakage issue in unit 1232 has been ignored for over a month along with pest issues. Multiple requests and complaints—no action at all. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Lived here for 2 years. AWFUL. Roaches everywhere. They are in the walls literally. No matter how clean you are they come in from the vents. Front office is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. You have to walk in if you want to just talk to someone. And even then they were never there. Maintenance took forever to get done (if it even got done). Had to go to the city because there was a leak so bad it was causing mold and they didnt do anything about it until the city threatened them. People dont pick up after their dogs. Outside my apartment reeked of dog poop and pee. Filthy. Trash everywhere. There was a biohazard where someone's washer runoff would drain right into my front porch. Took almost a year to fix and then they just put a pvc pipe and had it drain off of my porch. Soap scum still on my windows they never removed. My apartment got flooded because the person above me water heater broke and maintenance "fixed it" I had to spam the emergency maintenance for them to come and shut it off. The ceiling never got fixed. Mildew and water bubbles on the ceilings. Counted down the days until I left. Also the fitness center never opened in the 2+ years Ive lived here and they closed down the second pool. It will not be missed. So glad I am free of this place. Everyone I know who lives here or has lived here in the past had no good things to say. DONT MOVE HERE!!

(-5 stars) This place has no regard for tenants or housing rights. Where do i begin. Moved in around march of last year 2025 had no complaints until about May when my ac began to give out. No problem equipment gets old, but the problem wasn’t just the equipment. after about weeks of putting in a work notice for the AC I began to feel like they weren’t coming, so started going into the office and that’s when the problems began. They would push me off and say that the work notice was going to be in the list of things for them to do and that they have plenty of stuff to do and they never ended up coming until they knocked on my door to fix a window that had been painted shut (mind you I opened it because it got so hot in here during the summer between June and July I pryed it open with the crowbar). they then came in to see that the AC had completely given out that were old and out of dated in entire complex. Once they “fixed it” we had an entire leak building up inside of the AC because it had not been put up correctly and this was after it falling down maybe twice and giving them the benefit of the doubt they just ended up fixing it about a month ago and my lease was up in maybe a few weeks later. Surprisingly enough, I was never offered a portable AC for my unit when it first broke down, but the second time I went over there I broke down crying because on December 20, not only did my AC begin to give out but water damage from the unit above me, completely COLLAPSED the corner of my my unit and dripped down between separate parts of my unit, leaving me to put all my stuff in a corner; sleep in the corner while everything was actively leaking until the next morning just for me to go into the office and then telling me that I had to leave the hole open to ““ air out””. (I had to record our conversations because they were all telling me different things such as “management isn’t here right now” to “management can’t speak to u about that it has to be through email” the email they don’t respond to to begin with) Also, I didn’t know a hole needed about two months to air out, but I guess so. As I am actively writing this review, the hole is still UNTOUCHED. Fiber glass exposed and rotten wood. I had to BUY a tarp to cover it. They couldn’t even do that😂. Anyone who gets this unit should be prepared to be coughing and possibly itching from the exposed. i’ve had two separate outbreaks of eczema that I’ve never experienced before until after the hole was created from the damage above. There has been no help on the water damage above my head where I sleep at night there hasn’t been any reparations no discount no compliance with me. They haven’t even returned my email regarding the entire situation because they claim that they’re going through management changes while I’ve also been in the office with the new management. nothing was ever done or said about anything. if anything they tried getting me to renew my lease without even acknowledging that it’s completely unlivable. The office here is a joke and if the manager is changed out it makes no difference the workers here have little to no care about this complex or the people that PAY THEM at the end of the day. This place truly has to be a corporate and onsite problem all around. Shut this place down and let these people find places that actually care for their livelihoods. + for a bonus my electrical panel fell after a night of rain and had power shut multiple times for “maintenance” both times cps came they laughed at the infrastructure.
