  This is my first ever apartment and i’m honestly really glad to say it’s been nothing but amazing , Just applying and moving was so smooth and fast . It’s always very quiet the neighbors are very nice if you ever need anything , management is always answering whenever i have questions big or small

  I recently moved into this apartment complex and had a great experience so far. I really like my apartment—it’s comfortable and well-maintained. The staff and management team are kind, respectful, and very responsible, always ready to help when needed. I also feel safe living here, which is very important to me. Overall, I’m happy with my choice,also I recommend a person to come here and when he saw the property without any doubt he made the contract!

  Terrible experience with management at The Anderson at Brooks. If I was able to leave a ZERO star rating I would! After moving out, we received a revised final statement with completely unreasonable charges, including $150 for “cleaning” and $150 for “carpet cleaning” even though we thoroughly cleaned the apartment ourselves and left it in good condition. These fees were never agreed to and feel like they charge for any little thing they can. To make matters worse, we were also charged for broken patio blinds that were never replaced during our stay. Then, at move-out, they added the blinds charge again basically billing us twice for the same issue. We tried to resolve it directly, but management refused to remove the unfair fees. Overall, very disappointing service, poor communication, and questionable billing practices. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent here.

  DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS.. This place is infested with roaches and when you move out, you are going to have to throw everything away. Vanessa is rude and the other ladies give you misinformation and go back and forth with you. My mother would request for them to spray the apartment, but the roaches kept on reoccurring. The countertops and appliances are cheap for the rent they charge.. Honestly there are other apartments around the area that are much better.

  I’ve been living at Anderson at Brooks since 2021, and overall it’s been a really positive experience. The community is well-maintained, and the property has stayed clean and inviting over the years. I appreciate how peaceful the environment is—it truly feels like home. The staff has always been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, which makes a big difference. Maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable time, and the team is professional and respectful. Another thing I’ve enjoyed is the location—it’s convenient to nearby stores, restaurants, and everything I need day-to-day. The amenities are also a nice bonus and have been kept up well during my time here. Staying here for several years says a lot, and I would definitely recommend Anderson at Brooks to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live.
