  Nunca se muden para aquí. Los de mantenimiento son súper incompetentes, llevo viviendo 3 años y han sido incapaces de arreglar la gotera del aire acondicionado. Vienen al apartamento, ensucian todo como si fueran a arreglar algo y se van, ponen que el service request está solucionado y no arreglan nada. Si vas a la oficina a quejarte te ignoran por completo. Una falta de respeto total

  I wish I could attach the picture but it’s been lost, so far living here isn’t bad but the disrespect the kids of these other tenants have is insane. I’ve had some of these kids write on my car with white chalk. Not only that but they seem to not respect the property either as there is chalk all over the walls of the building. Something should seriously be done about it.

  Five stars for Alexandra! My experience at the abbey at medical was outstanding, largely thanks to her expertise. The property tour was one of the most thorough and professional I’ve ever had; she was incredibly patient and answered every single one of my questions regarding the available floor plans that were available and amenities without hesitation. It’s rare to find a leasing agent who is as knowledgeable as she is personable. She truly took the time to highlight the features that fit my lifestyle rather than just giving a 'standard' pitch. Her level of service is a clear reflection of the high standards at this property.

  People in the office are Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Maintenance. People are fast to service any problems you have in your apartment.

  I applied for an apartment with an application fee of $210. After I applied for that apartment they told me that the apartment was not available but they would try and get me into the equivalent apartment and then they told me that apartment wasn’t available. After that they told me they didn’t have any apartments of what I was looking for and then they said that my application was denied and they were going to keep my application fee.
