Here's a "brief" summary of my 2 years here:
1. My A/C had to be repaired 4 times
2. My apartment flooded 4 times due to the toilets, A/C, and the ancient garbage disposal that exploded
3. My next door neighbors unit literally caught fire (and I believe other units somewhere in the complex also caught fire during my time here due to electrical issues)
4. My oven has had issues which were technically resolved, but the note of "removed fire prevention system" is concerning to say the least... Pretty sure that's supposed to be there.
5. My refrigerator had issues for weeks before they finally replaced it(cost me hundreds in groceries that they didn't cover, or try to offer any assistance with). And the replacement fridge was noticeable smaller.
6. Had many issues with the toilets apart from flooding
7. The gate barely functions at all and is a nuisance to everyone(residents and guests alike)
8. The vallet trash service is, well, completely trash. Their trash compactor has constant issues which delays trash pickup, and sometimes they will just skip your unit for a few days without reason.
9. The pool was closed almost the entire time I lived here, probably was only open for 3-4 months out of the 2 years I have been here.
10. Towards the end of my stay a roach problem appeared (potentially caused by a new resident)
11. I had a ~$2,000 package stolen from my front door. I tried to make a community post in the resident portal asking for any information or for it to be returned no questions asked, but management denied my post because it might "imply that another resident may be involved. " So I guess managements stance is that crime is totally okay as long as you pay them..... Very cool Abbey Management, very professional of you. Couldn't even be bothered to pretend to care.
12. Someone had a vehicle stolen (lot of good that janky broken gate does to keep out thieves huh?)
13. No one knows how to drive in the parking garage, you'll get in near wrecks weekly... I cannot stress this point enough, this is not an exaggeration.
I'm not one to leave reviews, I'm not one to put in many support requests. But this place is just something else. I've put in more support tickets here than everywhere else I've lived combined times two! I have not exaggerated a single point, I could go on at length about all the issues I've experienced here. This place is the absolute worst place I've ever lived. In the past I have lived in very cheap slightly sketchy areas, and you can't even compare the two, this place is just that bad.
I regret moving here, I regret renewing my lease hoping that the new maintenance manager would make a difference. If this place charged half of what they do it would still be too much. STAY AWAY!

The whole experience of renting has been so easy and Tyler has been so sweet and willing to answer any questions we have. Move in was smooth, and our apartment was very put together and ready for us. Thank you Tyler!!

Devon was awesome during our apartment tour. He was professional, friendly, and really knew his stuff. He answered every question clearly, showed us all the details we needed to see, and never made us feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right place.
Overall, he made the whole process smooth and comfortable. If you’re looking for someone who’s patient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, definitely ask for Devon!
