I’ve been a tenant here before and still visit friends I made while living here. I tried to be patient and assumed that since I no longer lived here, it wasn’t my concern anymore, but after my car was recently broken into again.... At 8pm on a Friday.....it’s literally impossible to ignore the ongoing security issues at this apartment complex.
Car break ins here are happening at what feels like a weekly rate, leaving residents to deal with the stress, damage, and financial burden. In response to Mary Seitz’s review about items being left in “plain sight,” I’ve had multiple vehicles broken into here (3) with absolutely nothing inside. This isn’t about forgetting to lock doors, when windows are being smashed to gain entry... Even in the one way garage, the cameras appear to be ineffective.
What’s most frustrating is the lack of meaningful action or communication from management. There has been no noticeable increase in security measures, no clear updates, and no sense of urgency in addressing a problem that continues to affect so many people. It creates an environment where residents feel both unsafe and unheard.
At this point, it’s hard not to question how these incidents continue to happen so frequently without real intervention. Whether the issue is insufficient security, poor lighting, inadequate surveillance, or something else entirely, the current situation is unacceptable.
People choose a place to live with the expectation of a basic level of safety. Right now, that expectation is not being met. Management needs to take this issue seriously, communicate transparently with residents, without responding with corporate jargon and implement real solutions before the situation worsens further.

If you are looking for something with beauty, lots of closet space, a secure feeling, a great management team and exceptional maintenance crew then this apartment complex is for you. I have lived here going on six years and am 85 yrs old. I have felt safe every one of those six years and had wonderful experiences and results with maintenance issues. Above all, the manager and her staff excel in professionalism and supportive kindness.
I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the character and conduct of an individual employed by your organization.
I have been a nurse for over 31 years, and in that time I have witnessed many difficult and heartbreaking situations. However, what I encountered today stands out as one of the most distressing experiences of my entire career.
I cared for a retired soldier who is currently undergoing cancer treatment. This patient is extremely ill and in significant pain. During his visit, he shared that he recently lost consciousness while walking with his son and woke up disoriented, with no recollection of what had happened. When asked about his spouse, he revealed clearly devastated that after nearly 20 years of marriage, his wife has filed for divorce and wants nothing more to do with him, all stemming from what he described as a mistake.
What makes this situation even more troubling is that this individual is facing his illness entirely alone. He has been attending medical appointments by himself and has even driven himself to the emergency room while in severe pain. As a healthcare professional, and as a wife, mother, and grandmother, I find this level of abandonment during such a critical time deeply disturbing.
After learning more, I discovered that this individual’s spouse is employed by your organization. While I understand that personal matters are complex, the level of disregard and lack of compassion shown in this situation raises serious concerns about the character of someone representing your company.
I was so moved by this patient’s suffering that I found myself in tears afterward something that does not happen lightly after decades in this profession. It is heartbreaking not only for him, but also for his child, who is witnessing this unfold.
Based on what I have seen and learned, I would not feel comfortable recommending your organization as a place to live or work. I am also aware of several residents within your community, and I feel compelled to share my concerns with them.
This situation reflects a level of moral responsibility and humanity that, in my opinion, should not be overlooked.
This apartment complex has a serious, ongoing problem with crime, and management couldn’t care less. In just the year that we’ve resided here, my car, along with my roommate’s car was broken into and just recently, my boyfriend’s truck was also broken into, where the back glass window was shattered, costing him a repair of $500+. It feels EXTREMELY violating and unsafe to have this consistently occurring, and this isn’t just us—multiple neighbors report dealing with the same issue (more than 10 people spoken to just yesterday 3/26/26) reported that they have fallen victim to theft and crime. One neighbor reported that his motorcycle was stolen from the complex and one elderly woman reported taking down her bags from her trunk and in the split second she went to the front of her car, her bags were put on a wagon and taken within a minute! On top of that, packages are regularly stolen, whether it be from the front door or from the mailroom.
What’s even worse is how management has handled these situations. Instead of taking responsibility or showing urgency, they result to blame shifting and deterring excuses. When asked about increasing security or adding additional cameras to the parking garage, we were told “it will continue to happen,” no solutions, no accountability and no willingness to listen to the concerns of their tenants—just acceptance of the problem.
You should feel safe in the place you choose to call home, and I have never felt more uneasy and hyper vigilant than I have while residing here. If safety, security, and basic respect from management matter to you, do not move here. It’s not worth having your hard earned money go to waste by having to replace damaged or stolen items/property.

***LOOK AT THEIR RESPONSE! NO RESPONSE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER!!***
Prepare to have your vehicle broken into. Theft here is completely out of control day or night, the brazen break ins and theft never stop! My truck was broken into with the windows smashed.
Since living here, I’ve experienced and witnessed repeated issues: multiple packages being stolen from my front door, our mailboxes broken into, my roommate’s car broken into, several neighbors’ cars broken into, my girlfriend’s car broken into, a friend’s motorcycle literally stolen, and even a neighbor’s vehicle totaled in a hit-and-run. This isn’t an isolated problem it’s constant.
Security is clearly inadequate. There appears to be only one camera monitoring vehicles entering and exiting the garage, and the “security” presence is minimal at best. They drive through briefly usually late at night and leave within minutes, offering little to no real deterrence.
What’s even more frustrating is management’s response. When concerns are raised, they tend to deflect blame onto tenants instead of acknowledging the severity of the situation or showing any empathy. The responses feel like empty corporate talking points rather than genuine efforts to improve safety.
It’s unsettling to live somewhere you’re supposed to call home and constantly have to worry if your vehicle or belongings will be next. At this point, the level of theft is so extreme it feels like nothing is being done and no one is being held accountable.
Please use extreme caution if you live here or are considering moving in. Sadly, it feels like you’re better off leaving your car unlocked with nothing inside than risking a break-in.
