As a locator, I brought a client to this property and the client signed a lease through my referral. The locator fee was ultimately paid, but it was not received until about a year later, which was far longer than expected.
I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, but the communication throughout the process could have been much better. There were long periods with little to no response, and being effectively ghosted made the situation unnecessarily frustrating. From a management standpoint, this was the biggest issue.
There was no reason for this to take nearly a year, and better communication from management should have made this much easier to resolve.
I am updating my review because the payment was made, but I hope the team improves follow-up and communication with agents going forward. Better communication would have prevented a lot of frustration on both sides.

I had a great tour with Becca and she made the entire experience so enjoyable! She was incredibly informative, answered all my questions, and really took the time to show me everything the community has to offer. The property itself is beautiful, and I love how close it is to everything at the Pearl. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. Highly recommend asking for Becca if you’re planning to take a tour!

Used to be a resident here and towards the end of our residence it became very difficult to get in contact with management. I even set an appointment with them and they forgot our scheduled appointment so we had to re-schedule and calling during office hours would mostly go to leaving a voicemail. Elevators would be broken often and take a while to repair. Hallways began to be unkept. The prices of the apartment itself seemed a bit much for the cleanliness, management and amenities. On a good note, the apartments are nice and maintenance was good whenever we would submit requests.
