  As my lease comes to an end and I reflect on my apartment and overall living situation at Remington Ranch, I will say it was a positive one! I chose this apartment because it was close to my job and in my price range. My apartment size was sufficient enough for one person and included all the appliances necessary to ad convenience and efficiency to life. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I had a request, Any complaint I may have made was taken seriously and immediately addressed. I lived on the top floor so the noise was minimal for me although I can't speak to that being everyones experience. The amazon lockers were super convenient if you have items delivered often and do not want to run the risk of them being taken if left at your front door. If I had to make any complaint, it would only be that the dumpster often gets overly full and residents just leave their garbage bags in front of the dumpster which allows animals to rummage through them and leave trash in the parking lot. It was a minor inconvenience and and eyesore, but to no fault of the staff of course. Overall I appreciated living here and took it for what it was! You get what you pay for these days and it was far from the worst out there for the price!

  I'm surprised how no one is talking about the roach infestation. I lived at remington less then a month. In those weeks I stopped moving my things in, because roaches were everywhere, they had the bug guy out there multiple times, they also fogged the apartment but only hrs later we're they back in my bed, in my make up, food, floors, walls. it was extremely traumatizing. I gave them 2 stars because they did give my money back including my deposit.

  1.-parking space are very limited , there is no order on parking spaces and everybody use handicap spaces 2.- there is people fighting on the street every night 3.- there is a lot of people smoking weed out side of the apartments , and there is no respect for children 4.- the noise between walls it’s to loud 5.- price is very expensive I have many years leaving on this apartments and I’m waiting to finish my lease ,

  I have lived here for going on 4 years, I love the community, the people. The staff are very friendly and helpful.....I plan on staying another year. This is home 😊

  I'm coming to the end of my 12-month lease now and all I can say is wow. I have had absolutely no issues since living here. Parking is easy to come by. The gated access (vehicle and pedestrian) is very nice. I've never had any issues with other tenants or animals. Renting the clubhouse is cheap and they'll work with you all the way. I rented a detached garage as well for my motorcycle, but now I park my truck there whenever there's a bad storm coming. If it's large enough to fit a full size truck and motorcycle, it's worth renting. The rounded walls and crown molding makes the apartment feel luxurious, which it is. Unfortunately, everyone wants to hang out at my place. Kitchen has PLENTY of cherry wood(?) cabinet space. Counter top is kind of a gray/black speckled color with texture. Awesome color combination. 10/10, would recommend
