  Edwin and Jesse are the best maintenance guys here. They truly make it worth living at this property. Anytime there’s an issue, they respond quickly and get it handled right away. I highly recommend this company because of their hard work and dedication.

  I’ve lived here at Potranco Commons for almost a year with little to no issues. I had a pest control issue (ants) when I first moved in but it only took one visit from pest control to clear it up and I’ve had no issues with pests since. The pool is really great, my daughter loves it! There’s also a nice little fitness center and a big clubhouse with an awesome game room. The office staff is always doing fun get together events throughout the year and scheduling yummy food trucks. This is probably the best apartments I’ve lived in since I moved to San Antonio 8 years ago.

  My girlfriend and I just moved in to here, and it has been amazing to say the least. Lorena and Angelica have helped me every step of the way from answering my questions to explaining the move in process. I do want to give a shout out to the maintenance team also Jesse and Edwin came to fix my bed room door (not locking) and took care of it fast! They even answered my questions about things I needed for future reference. They work hard and are passionate about the property and that is something I truly appreciate about Potranco Commons. Thank you staff for all the hard work that you do.

  Terrible customer service. Always getting told different things from different agents and never a consistent answer. From the moment I moved in to this building been told one thing after another, then when I followup on it it’s either the previous agent is no longer with the company and they had no clue what was going on or things have changed. I have been waiting on my transfer confirmation for weeks now and constantly getting told something different. The new leasing manager constantly telling me that she will give me a call or an update knowing how time sensitive everything is due to the fact that I have movers waiting for a time and confirmation along with new furniture delivery which I have to CONSTANTLY reschedule because I am not getting a firm response. I am incredibly disappointed in the customer service and I hope someone reads this and can help because I am very busy due to work & don’t have the time to constantly show up to the office or call the office and wait minutes for the automated transfer just for no one to answer the phone… I understand how overwhelming being short staffed is, but your existing residents also matter & putting them on hold is ridiculous.
