  Never paid my apartment locator for all the hard work he did. Roaches everywhere. Maintenance never comes. Worst experience of my life renting apartments and I've rented for almost 20 years. Do not come here.

  I went to check out an apt, but the front desk lady wasn't interested in showing the apartments, didn't even have the slightest interest in showing the place, the amenities at least or anything, she just said there wasn't anything available. No thanks, that's a pass.

  Maja, Victor, and Melissa are SPECTACULAR!!! They have all been super friendly, responsive, and patient with us throughout the entire process. The property is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, the property is pet friendly and even have a dog park. Highly recommended these apartment homes!!

  I'm moving into Nova Vista apartments. I must say, Maja, Victor, and Melissa have been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the move in process. Would absolutely recommend moving here to anyone looking for an apartment.
