  I moved to San Antonio not knowing anybody or anything about this city. Having an apartment team that actually treats you like a person made a real difference. The monthly gatherings are a vibe. Chelsea in the leasing office kept it professional and helpful every step of the way. Maintenance doesn't play games...they show up. Safe neighborhood, good energy, real sense of community. We renewed for year two and I don't say that lightly.

  I’ve gotta give a shoutout to Chelsea Ernst and the whole team, Chelsea is super easy to work with, always helpful, and actually cares about what’s going on with residents. You don’t get that everywhere. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something, she’s been quick to respond and get it handled without any runaround. The whole property just feels well-managed because of that. It’s clean, things get fixed when they should, and it doesn’t feel chaotic like some other complexes. You can tell there’s pride in how the place is run, and that starts with Chelsea. Makes a big difference when the management actually has their stuff together. Overall, awesome experience here—definitely one of the better places to live.

  Chelsea was wonderful to work with! She is incredibly knowledgeable and made everything feel easy and stress-free from start to finish. She made sure all of my questions were answered. If you ever need help, Chelsea is your gal!! She goes above and beyond and truly cares about making your experience a great one. I can’t recommend her enough!

  Finding new places to live can always been stressful! So I’m grateful for David in the leasing office has been extremely helpful every step of the way. From showing us the units to answering any and all questions/concerns we may have had.He made this process of choosing somewhere pretty easy for my family. Can’t wait to move in later this month !

  If I could give zero stars I would. I lived in apartment 822 before they realized it had no dryer vent hole in the wall…I had lint buildup for the couple years living there. They did nothing to protect my furniture while they cut holes in the ceiling. Once realizing, they then offered me a bigger apartment at a higher rate locked in for a new year. I was promised movers and a $300 credit that I never received. Once moving over to apt 1526, I had never had more packages stolen. Drama from neighbors and it seemed like someone tried to break into my apartment based off the door seal. So glad I moved from here and I never really felt safe. Vehicle break ins are extremely common here. I’m prior military, and have a bad back. Moving is no simple feat for me. Once moving out completely I received a bill that I owed $163. Seriously…🙄 I’m not paying it.
